The Keyboard Wrist Rest is designed to reduce pressure on sensitive tissues below the wrists. Well positioned under the palms of the hands, the Gel Wrist Rest also elevates the wrists above the desk surface and helps prevent upward flexion of the hands, known as wrist extension.
